All products sold on Party Blueprint Design are digital downloads, including party planning blueprints, checklists, and templates.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Issues with compatibility (e.g. not having software to open the file, such as Excel or Google Sheets)
Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical problem with your download, such as a corrupted file, a broken download link, or receiving the wrong file, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll resolve it promptly (typically by resending the correct file).
