Here’s how we handled it without losing our minds: 1️⃣ Know your Plan B space BEFORE the day (garage, inside, covered porch). Better to be prepared so you’re not scrambling. 2️⃣ Stake + sandbag your tent early. Don’t wait for the wind to test it (have learned this the hard way) 3️⃣ Elevate cords/electronics on crates the second rain starts. Don’t need to add electrical issues to your list! 4️⃣ Build in a 30-min buffer before you panic-cancel anything. The weather can always change! 5️⃣ Remind yourself: guests remember the vibe, not the weather. You can always make the most of any situation! 🩵 A flooded yard is a good story tomorrow, not a failed party today. Save this for your next outdoor event 👇
